Josh Kardish — President, eQ Homes & VP, Development
Josh has been with the company for almost 20 years starting in our land division prior to taking on a leadership role in eQ Homes eight years ago. His commitment to culture, operations, and customer experience has been instrumental in shaping the eQ Homes we know today. His new role expands his influence across our development work, bringing together teams to strengthen collaboration and accelerate the future of our communities.
Celia Muregerera — VP, People & Culture
Celia has been a driving force behind our refreshed mission, vision, and values. Her thoughtful leadership, deep HR expertise, and passion for people have transformed the employee experience across our organization. As VP, People & Culture, she will continue elevating talent, culture, and leadership development, reinforcing our commitment to being a people-centric organization.
Patrick McMenemy — VP, Finance
Patrick has consistently demonstrated strategic insight, financial leadership, and operational excellence. His new role expands his oversight to Corporate Finance and Property Accounting, positioning him to guide our financial strategy and ensure strong financial foundations for years to come.
Terry Simpson — VP, Investment & Analytics
Terry has played a pivotal role in providing financial analysis, forecasting, and investment insight across the business. His expertise helps guide key decisions and ensures strong financial performance across all projects. As VP, he will continue shaping our financial strategy and supporting development planning.
Peter Jury — SVP, Operations, eQ Homes
With a strong background in construction and operations, Peter has been essential in helping us deliver high-quality homes and communities. In his expanded role, he will oversee Construction, Production, Purchasing, and Customer Experience—ensuring our homeowners receive exceptional value, safety, and craftsmanship.
Tobin Kardish — VP, Strategic Growth
Tobin has been a creative and strategic leader, helping define product design, development planning, marketing strategy, and sales alignment. In this new role, he will guide sales, leasing, design, and strategic planning across all residential, commercial, and multifamily projects.
Nick Karavidas — Director, Commercial Construction
Nick has been central to our commercial and multifamily construction projects, bringing strong leadership and project management expertise. As Director, he will continue delivering high-quality buildings that meet the needs of our partners, tenants, and communities.
Evan Garfinkel — Director, Land Development
Evan has demonstrated exceptional technical and leadership skills in land development, ensuring projects stay on track and aligned with our goals. His expanded role allows him to lead the Land Development team and support future growth across all divisions.
Fran Jacobs — Director, Customer Experience
Fran’s commitment to our homeowners and residents has set a high standard for care and satisfaction. Her new role expands beyond customer care to include residential leasing, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience from construction through handover.
Lindsay Callihoo — Director, Residential Leasing
Lindsay has been a key contributor in shaping our residential tenant mix and leasing strategy. As Director, she will continue driving occupancy, revenue, and customer relationships across our residential portfolio.
Shimon Dashevsky — Senior Manager, Financial Reporting & FP&A
Shimon has excelled in financial reporting, forecasting, and leadership. His new role expands his oversight across Land & Housing and IPP accounting while leading financial reporting and forecasting across our IPP portfolio.
Kerry Visutski — Senior Manager, Accounting Shared Services
Kerry has been instrumental in keeping our shared accounting services operating smoothly and accurately. Her leadership continues to strengthen AP, AR, intercompany accounting, and other core functions that support the entire company.
Jose Mallari — Supervisor, IPP & Reporting
Jose has consistently delivered accurate, dependable financial reporting for our income-producing properties. In his new role, he will lead day-to-day reporting, team coordination, and accuracy across IPP financial operations.
Navid Rajabi — Supervisor, Accounting – Land & Housing
Navid has brought precision and reliability to Land & Housing accounting. His elevation reflects his strong financial expertise, attention to detail, and dedication to supporting our teams with timely, accurate reporting.
